Bridge Beneficiaries Strike Again!...

On the afternoon of April 18th, some of the beneficiaries at The Bridge for Heroes embarked on a trip to Strikes Bowling in King’s Lynn. There was lots of laughter, friendly competition AND they may have even managed to roll a few strikes!

I am (REALLY NOT) okay

Around 90 people die by suicide in Norfolk every year… that’s a worrying figure.

‘I am (REALLY NOT) okay’ is the multi-agency strategy for suicide prevention in Norfolk. As part of this strategy, the social media campaign signposts people who may be at risk to organisations that can help.

Caroline Paige- MBE
