Massive congratulations to Gregg Baker who completed the Kings Lynn GEAR 10k run on Sunday 30th April with a 40lb Bergen on his back. Gregg is pictured after the run being congratulated by The Mayor of King's Lynn and West Norfolk, Lesley Bambridge.
Congratulations to Mark Howard on the completion of the 2023 London Marathon, which he did virtually on the Lynn Sport Cycle path in Kings Lynn. Mark, a veteran of The Household Calvary, completed the 26.2-mile course in 6-hours 22 minutes in uniform and in his wheelchair!
The Southwold Roubaix cycling sportive took place on 23rd April offering routes of 25, 50, 75 and 100-miles both on and off road. A sportive is a mass participation event, not a race and offers the opportunity to get outdoors and do something you enjoy, meeting new people along the way.
Come and join us for a cup of tea or coffee, sandwiches and scones to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla
