Tour De Broads

Mark & Karl road the Tour de Broads Sportive on 21st August completing the 50 & 75-mile courses respectively.  On route Karl met Dave from Norwich and had a good chat about cycling in general and what we do here at The Bridge for Heroes.

Surviving Summer

As the weather heats up again this week, remember to keep hydrated!  The average person requires at least 2-litres, or 6-8 glasses of water per day.  This will increase with exercise or vigorous work so keep drinking those fluids!

Veteran Breakfast

The next Veterans Breakfast is on Saturday 13th August 2022.  Food will be served between 10 & 10:45am.  Please pass your names and food choices to a member of  staff asap for numbers.

Surviving Summer for Pets

As the hot weather continues, please remember NEVER to leave your dog or any other pet in your car. Not only will it cause great distress or even death to your pet, you could also find yourself in serious trouble with the authorities.

Healthy Living

July is the month that The Bridge for Heroes has been promoting 'Healthy Living'. As such, we have produced a short YouTube video that you may find helpful.
