The Bridge for Heroes is delighted to host a regional meeting meeting of the 11-partner organisations from the VPPP programme and a representative of the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust (AFCFT) at Nelson House. 

The AFCFT has provided the funding for VPPP to deliver 11-wonderful projects, all to the benefit of Armed Forces Veterans, together with the opportunity to work in a colaboritive way with our partner projects
