The Bridge for Heroes has secured new funding from the Veteran’s Foundation to strengthen its welfare support for members of the Armed Forces community. The
Project Welfare Support provides consistent, person-centred welfare support to veterans and their families.
Funded by the Veteran’s Foundation, the project provides consistent, person-centred welfare support to veterans and their families. The project aims to improve mental health and wellbeing by reducing anxiety, stress and isolation, while providing a safe and welcoming space where people feel listened to and supported. Through this support, we aim to build resilience, strengthen family networks and help individuals feel more connected and able to manage life’s challenges.
