We were delighted to welcome Andy and Neil from Car 25 to The Bridge for Heroes as part of their incredible Poppies & Purpose: Diss to Sarajevo journey.
From the moment they arrived, the veteran banter began! There’s something truly special about bringing members of the veteran community together- shared experiences, stories, memories and, of course, plenty of laughter seem to flow naturally.
Our CEO, Helen, was pleased to show Andy and Neil around The Bridge and tell them more about the work we do to support veterans and the wider Armed Forces Community.
It was fantastic to hear more about their journey, their connection to the veteran community and their commitment to raising vital funds for three fantastic charities, including The Bridge for Heroes.
We’re incredibly grateful to have been chosen as one of the three charity partners benefiting from their fundraising efforts, and we wish Andy, Neil and the whole Car 25 team every success as they continue their journey from Diss to Sarajevo.
