Karl Anthony, Supported by Mark Howard, took part in the British Heart Foundation's London to Brighton Bike Ride on Sunday 19th June. The 54-mile ride started on Clapham Common at 06:30hrs and finished some 4-hours later on Brighton Pier.

On Monday the 20th May 22, the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of King's Lynn and West Norfolk together with dignatories and other guests met in Tower Gardens to raise the Flag in recognition of Armed Forces week. The standard bearers were made of Royal British Legion, members of the Armed Forces and the cadet Force.
