Mark Howard took part in the London 'Landmarks' Marathon on Sunday 2nd April 2023 on behalf of The Bridge for Heroes.  Mark completed the 13.2-mile course in 3hrs 16mins which wasn't too bad considering he did it in a wheelchair.  

We are sure you will agree that this was a fabulous effort and we wish Mark well for the full 'virtual' marathon that he is doing at Lynn Sport on 23rd April
