Congratulations to Mark Howard on the completion of the 2023 London Marathon, which he did virtually on the Lynn Sport Cycle path in Kings Lynn. Mark, a veteran of The Household Calvary, completed the 26.2-mile course in 6-hours 22 minutes in uniform and in his wheelchair!

He was received amazing support along the way from many runners and staff from The Bridge for Heroes including the 'Renegade Runners', with particular thanks going to Sian Freeman (pictured) who cycled 15-miles alongside Mark. You can see the effort it took to complete the course by the pain on Mark's face as he endured blisters on his hand and a potential stress fracture to the wrist but it was all smiles in the end! @armedforcescovenantfundtrust @abfthesoldierscharity
