Partnership and Collaboration in the Armed Forces Community

We are very proud to work with The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust in the East of England which has funded 11 local projects for veterans' mental health and wellbeing. The Bridge for Heroes is delighted to be the grant holder for the East region Portfolio. Veterans are supported through this regional programme which aims to:-

AFCFT Primary Logo

- Give veterans safe, welcoming places to go in their local area

- Support veterans to access mental health support and treatment pathways that meet their needs

- Ensure that people who support veterans (staff and particularly volunteers) can access good quality training and can have better access to connect veterans into wider pathways
