The next Veterans Breakfast will be on Saturday 24th September 2022. Food will be served between 10 & 10:45am.  Names and food choices to a member of staff please for numbers.
The Tour de Broads Finishers medal.  Mark & Karl completed the 50 & 75-mile course respectively on the 21st August on a beautiful late summer's day.
Mark & Karl road the Tour de Broads Sportive on 21st August completing the 50 & 75-mile courses respectively.  On route Karl met Dave from Norwich and had a good chat about cycling in general and what we do here…
As the weather heats up again this week, remember to keep hydrated!  The average person requires at least 2-litres, or 6-8 glasses of water per day.  This will increase with exercise or vigorous work so keep drinking those fluids!

As the hot weather continues, please remember NEVER to leave your dog or any other pet in your car. Not only will it cause great distress or even death to your pet, you could also find yourself in serious trouble…

The Bridge for Heroes Woodwork and Art Activity Groups working together to both construct and then individually decorate bird nesting boxes. This has been made possible by the support of the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust under the Veterans' Places…
Andrew Pover and Mark Howard met James Wild MP at the Royal Norfolk Show.  Our Patron, General the Lord Dannatt, also popped in to say hello, which was a real surprise and very much appreciated.
