Walk Round Britain

The Bridge for Heroes was delighted to meet Daniel McNeil today at the Bridge Centre as he continues his walk around Britain in aid of SSAFA. We are genuinely in awe of this amazing feat of endurance and we wish him well for the rest of his journey. If you would like to support Daniel, you can donate by using the link below

SSAFA Visit

The Bridge for Heroes was delighted to host Jacob Shell, who is currently developing the SSAFA East of England Area Office, to see for himself the range of activities offered at the Nelson House Activity Centre (that we call 'Project Nile'), which is part of the Veterans' Places, Pathways and People (VPPP) programme. Jacob stated that "It was great to visit Nelson House Activity Centre today and to see for myself your VPPP project and the wonderful range of activities that you offer to veterans and their immediate families. The dedication and commitment of the staff was plain to see and I look forward to working collaboratively with The Bridge for Heroes in the future to determine how we can best dovetail our projects with the best interests of the veterans we serve in mind". The photo shows Karl Anthony, Jacob Shell & Tim Waters in the Art and Crafts area in Nelson House. #veterans #armedforcescovenanttrustfund #freeactivities
