Bridge for Heroes attend Royal Garden Party

On Wednesday 11th May nine members and one guest, which included Trustees, staff, volunteers and beneficiaries of The Bridge for Heroes attended a Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.  this was the first Garden Party since 2019 and was attended by the Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall, Princess Anne and Prince Michael amongst others.  The weather was typically British but this did not detract from the sense of occasion or enjoyment. Helen Taylor, the CEO from The Bridge for Heroes, stated that "it was a wonderful honour and a real privilege to be invited to the Royal Garden Party and it gave the opportunity to thank the staff, volunteers and beneficiaries for their commitment and support over the past 10-years.  If we could we would have invited everyone involved with the Charity but we were limited in numbers.  It was a wonderful day and not even the British weather could dampen the spirits"!
