Karl Anthony, Supported by Mark Howard, took part in the British Heart Foundation's London to Brighton Bike Ride on Sunday 19th June. The 54-mile ride started on Clapham Common at 06:30hrs and finished some 4-hours later on Brighton Pier. The weather was excellent for riding and Karl even had a tail-wind! The only Down side was Ditchling Beacon Hill, which averages 9% with a maximum of 16% gradient. Coming only 8-miles from the finish, the riders are already getting tired and this hill is a real tester! If you would like to take part in organised rides, please contact Karl or Mark and join in 😃
