Karl and Mark took part in the 'Beyond Lincolnshire Sportive' on 7th May 22 as part of The Bridge for Heroes Cycling Group. The ride took them through 62-miles of beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and took them around 5-hours to complete, which included 2-feed stops. Cycling is an amazing way to help with mental health, anxiety and lonliness and in this month of Mental Health Awareness (and improved weather) is highly recommended to help with both your physical and mentally health.
Don't forget - the Art & Crafts and Woodwork Activities take place at Nelson House every Tuesday from 10am. Its open to all veterans and their spouses and it's free - the parking is free too! Please feel free to come and see what is on offer and maybe give it a try. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
