As the weather heats up again this week, remember to keep hydrated!  The average person requires at least 2-litres, or 6-8 glasses of water per day.  This will increase with exercise or vigorous work so keep drinking those fluids!
The next Veterans Breakfast is on Saturday 13th August 2022.  Food will be served between 10 & 10:45am.  Please pass your names and food choices to a member of  staff asap for numbers.
As the hot weather continues, please remember NEVER to leave your dog or any other pet in your car. Not only will it cause great distress or even death to your pet, you could also find yourself in serious trouble…

Andrew Pover and Mark Howard met James Wild MP at the Royal Norfolk Show.  Our Patron, General the Lord Dannatt, also popped in to say hello, which was a real surprise and very much appreciated.
It was fantastic to see so many volunteers and beneficiaries at The Bridge for Heroes Bar-B-Q on 22nd June in support of Armed Forces Week. The weather was perfect for a Bar-B-Q and everybody had a great time

On Monday the 20th May 22, the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of King's Lynn and West Norfolk together with dignatories and other guests met in Tower Gardens to raise the Flag in recognition of Armed Forces week. The standard bearers…
A Union Flag will be raised in Tower Gardens at 10:00hrs, followed by refreshments at the Town Hall.  All Volunteers and beneficiaries are welcome to attend
