Anne and Kelvin have been busy making Ploughman's Pickle in the kitchen. Both are very keen home bakers and been cooking since childhood, Kelivin was taught to cook by his Aunt from the Age of five and is keen to further his cookery skills by learning new recipes.
Annes Jams are continuously creating new jams, chutneys and even pickles with the beneficiaries to aid in our Project Mess and fundraising for the charity.
The newest pickle will be available at The Bridge soon, however each jar takes a month to mature before sales. Judging by the smell in our kitchen it would go fantastically with a cheese sandwich or salad.
**Jars sold seperatly at £2 each in The Bridge Centre.
